A premium sinking wafer food designed specifically for herbivorous and omnivorous bottom-feeders such as plecos, algae eaters, corydoras, loaches, and freshwater invertebrates. The BIG size is ideal for larger pleco species and community tanks with multiple bottom dwellers.
A slow-sinking, hard-pressed wafer that softens gradually underwater.
Formulated to mimic natural grazing behavior of bottom feeders.
Suitable for L-number plecos (L081, L134, L204, L600), bristlenose plecos, sailfin plecos, corydoras, botia loaches, siamese algae eaters, snails, and shrimp.
Designed for high fiber intake, which is essential for herbivorous fish.
Herbivore-focused formula with high levels of spirulina and plant matter.
BIG wafer size helps reduce competition among fish and lasts longer underwater.
Maintains shape for extended grazing—doesn't break apart quickly.
Low waste formulation keeps aquarium water cleaner.
Balanced nutrition with plant proteins + essential minerals.
Suitable for daily feeding.
(Exact formula may vary slightly, but commonly includes)
Spirulina
Alfalfa meal
Kelp/Seaweed meal
Wheat germ
Soybean meal
Vegetables (spinach, peas, carrots, etc.)
Fish meal (in small proportion for omnivorous support)
Yeast & probiotics
Vitamins A, C, D3, E
Minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium)
These ingredients help digestive health and provide natural color enhancement for plecos and algae eaters.
Most herbivore wafers fall within this range:
Protein: 28–35%
Fat: 4–6%
Fiber: 5–10%
Moisture: ~10%
Ash: 8–12%
This balance supports slow-growth, strong digestive function, and immune health in herbivore species.
Perfect for:
Plecos (especially herbivore species like Bristlenose, Sailfin, Gold Spot, Rubberlip, and many L-numbers)
Corydoras
Loaches (Clown, Yoyo, Zebra, Dojo, Kuhli)
Siamese Algae Eaters
Shrimp and snails
Otocinclus (supplement only)
Not ideal as a main diet for predatory plecos (carnivorous types like vampire pleco).
Feed 1–3 wafers per 10–20 fish, depending on size.
Let the fish graze for 2–4 hours.
Remove any uneaten portion after 6–8 hours to avoid water pollution.
Feed once or twice daily depending on stocking and tank size.
For plecos, feed at night when they are most active.
If feeding shrimp, break the wafer into pieces for better access.
Supports healthy digestion (high fiber).
Encourages natural bottom-grazing behavior.
Enhances color through spirulina and plant pigments.
Promotes steady growth without obesity.
Helps maintain strong immunity due to vitamins and minerals.
Reduces aggression among plecos by offering larger grazing surfaces.
Larger, sturdier wafers = ideal for big plecos.
More cost-effective in large tanks.
Premium plant-based ingredients.
Clean, stable structure that doesn’t cloud water.
Trusted for both display aquariums and breeding tanks.
Keep in a cool, dry place.
Seal the container tightly after each use.
Use within 6–8 months of opening for maximum freshness.
